This one week course is intended to prepare you for the RIBO Level II (unrestricted) Licensing examination. The course has also proven to be an excellent skills refresher for those already holding a Principal or Deputy Principal Broker Status or for those who wish to upgrade their Technical skills.

Examination Process
Examinations are NOT offered at the IBAO. Exam applications are provided on the fist day of the class. RIBO offers a Technical only exam providing a partial restriction removal. This is an alternative to the “full” exam that provides an unrestricted license.

Note: The Technical exam can be written any time after the Level 1 (under supervision) License has been obtained.
