Developing a Team (AM) & Reward/Recognition (PM)
The impact of global competition along with the intense focus on quality, service and cost effectiveness have forced organizations to become leaner, flatter and more agile. Successful organizations have responded to these changes by focusing their efforts and energies on creating a competitive advantage through effective teams and improved teamwork.

These changes, coupled with an ever growing emphasis on customer service, have caused many businesses to move from pyramid type organizations to team centered structures. The developing a team program is designed to assist you in developing effective teams and team skills.

Objectives:
  • Explore the nature of teams and choose a suitable team structure
  • Select appropriate team members and team leaders and create effective teams
  • Build and strengthen team performance
  • Identify the barriers to team success and develop a climate where teams function efficiently

Reward/Recognition
It's a feeling that's sometimes hard to express or even understand, but every human being has a fundamental need to be recognized for who they are, and, from a job perspective, for what they do. Recognition is a concept that has become increasingly important in recent years.  This can be partly explained by the social environment, which is characterized by increasing individualism, eroding social networks and the absence of individual and collective guideposts. As a result, people often find themselves without any reference points to give their lives meaning and direction. Work then becomes an anchor point that allows people to define themselves and to determine their own personal reference points.

Objectives:
  • To define the concept of employee recognition
  • To assess the factors involved in recognition and to define the role of the manager
  • To develop methods and tools to facilitate and optimize employee recognition practices
  • To develop a constructive working environment
