Understanding yourself is the key to understanding and interacting with others. This is the premise of the DISC Personality Profiling seminar. An innovative approach to behavioural insight, DISC not only uncovers unique personality traits of those profiled, but gives you practical solutions for interacting most effectively with different behavioural styles. DISC Personality Profiling provides you with a framework in which to view human behaviour – behaviour of yourself and your co-workers. Armed with a clear understanding of what motivates personal behaviour and communication styles, you will leave with practical ways to increase personal and team productivity.
