Insuring Owners or Occupiers of Condos; Freeholds, Life Leases; and Cooperative Housing
This seminar will help you to understand the various alternatives that are cropping up all over the province including condos, life leases, freeholds and cooperative housing. You will examine condo types including detached single family and/or semi-detached condo units, and discuss the appropriate residential insurance policy for the owners/occupiers of these units. This seminar will enable you to provide insurance advice to these owners/occupiers.
